Ce style ancien, aux sonorités envoûtantes revisité par ma sensibilisation au jazz contemporain, ouvre les esprits, pose un regard neuf sur la world music jazz. Cest un style basé sur le développement des sons naturels. Par sa transparence il souvre aux autres influences. Je considère la musique comme un tableau d'art où on peut rentrer et sortir facilement par nimporte quelle porte. Les sons de lunivers et de la nature représentent une grille de musique sur laquelle je peu m'exprimer. A travers le plaisir que me procure la musique, l'homme, la vie et la nature sont mes sources d'inspiration. Je veux rapprocher les peuples, les réveiller à l'amour et à la compréhension d'eux mêmes, de notre monde et de tout ce qui s'y trouve Je veux toucher l'univers avec le son de ma création. This ancient style of bewitching sonorities, revisited by my sensibility to contemporary jazz, opens the mind, and poses a new regard on jazz world music. It's a style based on the development of natural sounds. Its transparency opens it up to other influences. I consider my music as a painting in which one can enter and leave easily by any door. The sounds of the universe and nature represent a network of music in which I can express myself. Through the pleasure the music procures, man, life and nature are my sources of inspiration. I want to bring peoples together, wake them up to the love and understanding of themselves, to our world and to everything in it. I want to touch the universe with my creations, with this music that evokes the flamboyant sunset of Africa. »
